Quality product but a little too big for my hand

Very good cutters but the little felt oil reservoir thingy is ridiculous. It falls out as soon as you pick them up let alone cut anything, and disappears in the garden ! See other review- same thing !!
I have emailed the manufacturer in the UK similarly. Ratchet design says it all !

My wife does a lot of pruning on our landscaped acre. She had misgivings about how to manage the ratchet effect, but soon learned and now uses the pruners daily.
For some reason the little green cover over the lubricating hole disappeared. Must be somewhere in the garden. The pruners are still usable. They can be lubricated with WD40.
