What if my purchase is not the right size?
If
your goods don't fit we keep replacing them until they do. It will
just cost you the price of postage to return the original item.
Goods can only be replaced if they are in new condition and have
not been noticeably worn.

What guarantee comes with my purchase?
We stand behind our products 100%. All products are guaranteed against
defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months. In
addition, we guarantee to meet or exceed your expectations . If
you are not fully satisfied, please return the item within 30 days
for a full refund.

What payment options are there?
You can pay by credit card: mastercard, visa or bankcard. Alternatively
you can send a cheque or money order to the address below, or pay
by direct deposit to: Gardenware, NAB, BSB: 084620, Acc: 57055 5315
4. Are my credit card and personal
details safe?
Our merchant services use SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard
and encrypts all of your details, preventing a third party from
viewing your information. The instant you reach our checkout page,
a padlock symbol at the top or bottom of your screen indicates that
you have entered our secure shopping zone.
An internal
security system, known as a firewall, protects information about
you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party. Information
access is restricted within our offices and protected by a password.
5. How are goods sent?
At present most goods are sent by Australia Post. The exception
to this is if we don't have your item in stock and then we will
send it straight from our suppliers warehouse to avoid delay by
Star Track Express.
6. How long will it take to receive my goods?
We pride ourselves on the speed in which we send out goods and in
most cases we manage to process your order on either the day or
the following day from when we receive it. South east Queensland
customers should receive their goods overnight, other states capital
cities between 2 and 3 days and more remote places it may take a
up to 4 or 5 working days.

What are the postage and handling charges?
Delivery is free for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will
incur a $8.50 charge for anywhere within Australia

Does the price include GST?
Yes. All prices are inclusive of GST.
9.
Do Gardenware send overseas?
Yes. We can send your goods anywhere in the world to you, there
will of course be extra delivery charges. Contact
us and we can give you some shipping options.
